Launch & book signing
In the dark days business life was grey. Corporations lived in monotone. Things changed. Grey was no longer the only colour. The corporate world discovered funkiness. ..Funky Business Forever contains a myriad of new examples gathered by Kjell and Jonas in their worldwide foraging for the true meaning of funk. Any hints of greyness have been removed. ..The world is different but we are forever funky; funky forever.
Now comes a completely updated and reinvigorated classic edition of the original bestseller: Funky Business Forever. Kjell A Nordström and Jonas Ridderstråle have gone back to the original and intellectually remastered it.
When Funky Business first appeared in 2000, it was a call to arms, a wake-up call for anesthetized corporate senses. The world surrendered. ..To date, Funky Business has been published in 33 languages making it one of the most sold business books ever.

Book launch
CK Prahalad is Paul and Ruth McCracken Distinguished University Professor of Strategy at the University of Michigan Business School. He is a globally recognized business consultant who has worked with senior management at many of the world's top companies.
Alongside this work, Prahalad has been wrestling with the perplexingly complex and political issue of poverty. This led him to write The Fortune at the Bottom of the Pyramid (2004) in which he identifies the world's poor (the 'bottom of the pyramid') as a potential untapped market for companies, worth anything up to $13 trillion a year.
CK Prahalad's The Fortune at the Bottom of the Pyramid has sold nearly 200,000 copies. Five years after its first publication, this book's ideas are no longer "theory": they are proven, profitable reality. In the 5th Anniversary Edition, Prahalad thoroughly updates his book to reveal all that's been learned about competing and profiting "at the bottom of the pyramid." Prahalad outlines the latest strategies and tactics that companies are utilizing to succeed in the developing world and interviews several innovative CEOs to discuss what they've learned from their own initiatives, including the Unilever business leader who's built a billion-dollar business in India.
In Fortune at the Bottom of the Pyramid the author showed how great companies worldwide have sought to identify, build, and profit from new markets amongst the world's several billion poorest people, while at the same time helping to alleviate poverty.
